HTR WARRANTY & SATISFACTION
Our goal at HTR Innovations is to create high quality, innovative products to help not only to keep you safer, but to make your hunt more enjoyable and ultimately, finish more birds. We understand every hunter and their situation is different and our products might not tailor to their specific needs. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will accept a return within 30 days of purchase. If you’re not happy, we want to know about it. We encourage any and all suggestions if something doesn’t meet your expectations.
- Shipping is to be paid by the customer
- Refunds will be for the product only and will not include shipping
- Returned funds will be processed on same card used at checkout
- Returns will only be accepted purchased directly from HTR Innovations
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for refund to process
We at HTR Innovations want to sell good quality products that will last. In order to produce American Made Products, we understand the mark is set higher and we want to stand behind our products with integrity. We take pride and value not only our products but our customer service and support. A true company shows itself when problems arise based on how they handle those problems. We will warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship. This includes any materials our products are made with. Our warranty will cover your product for 1 year from date of purchase. HTR Innovations will not warranty from normal wear and tear on products due to the rough nature of the sport. We, as waterfowlers, know how hunters treat their equipment.
- HTR Innovations will be responsible for associated shipping costs.
- We will issue either a replacement product or part if damaged due to a defect
- Please submit our warranty form along with a picture of the defect and date of purchase
